Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of housing services.

We are not responsible for medical emergencies, but we will assist in finding resources as needed.
5. Limitation of Liability
Obtainable Sobriety Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in our programs, except where prohibited by law.
6. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services and remove residents from our sober house if they fail to comply with these terms, engage in illegal activities, or disrupt the environment of the sober house.
